There is a lot missing here, but at least we start a Wayland-native terminal now (foot). What's not working is that we're still using the old, non-Wayland rofi here. One defect is visual: fonts look fuzzy and imprecise, like in other Xwayland applications. But the other, possibly worse, defect is the password manager backend, which relies on xdotool and clipboards for this. The clipboard part works, but not xdotool. Given that the latter is not well supported in Wayland, maybe that's an acceptable compromise too.
