The move is necessary to be able to add .zst to 7-Zip.

Starting with version 24.05 7-Zip can unpack ZSTD archives.

What's new in 7-Zip 24.01:

7-Zip now can unpack ZSTD archives (.zst filename extension).

Revised 7-Zip section.
