* Lots of macros in bdroid_buildcfg.h do NOT get checked. Don't
  know why they are here. They didn't even exist in Marshmallow.
  But I still updated them to match CM.
* Enabling BLE_VND_INCLUDED requires changes in system/bt, otherwise
  malformed response will make the stack time-out.
* Allow bluetoothtbd to use wake alarms, otherwise it will crash and laugh
  at the kernel.
