Docs: Add python upgrade guide, remove old AA 1.15 upgrade guide, improve install guide

Changes:

  • Add guide for upgrading Python 3
  • Remove old upgrade guide from AA 1.15
  • Make Maria DB dependency a warning and add link for detailed installation instructions
  • Note Supervisor 3 needs Python 2
  • Move dashboard screenshot from overview to home page
  • Remove broken internal link on installation page
  • Moves install commands for Gunicorn back to where it was before the last big change (important so it is automatically included in the supervisor.conf)
