Group Membership Audit Log

colcrunch requested to merge colcrunch:master into master

I realized that who is accepting/rejecting what in regards to group requests are not logged in any meaningful way (i.e not at all unless you have logging set to debug). So I decided to add that functionality to the Group Membership area of groupmanagement.

Could probably use pagination, but this is at least a start.
