Fix issue after refactoring

When loading analyses with more than 100 variants, the "Loading N variants" text failed.

Fix by removing the count altogether, as it it's just a nice to have and makes loading more complex.

Other:

• Make production image run non-minified code, as otherwise debugging is next to impossible.
