Enable/provide categories of mirrors
These days I do not read many mangas anymore (even though I still have a 200+ list of mangas and I might try to read some of the backlogs). However I read A LOT of Wuxia novels (I got to those from "Tales of Demons and Gods" which is adapted to manga from a Wuxia Novel. There are several other mangas/manhuas that are adaptations of the Wuxia novel)
The mechanism to check whether chapters of Wuxia novels have been released is roughly the same than for mangas, so writing and maintaining a new extension, or a fork, seems suboptimal, since all I would have to do is write a mirror implementation for say WuxiaWorld.
But users should be able to:
- en/dis-able categories (with probably "graphical" or "mangas" being the only selected by default)
- distinguish the categories in search results (to avoid adding a manga when searching for text-based novels, but also to add a novel when wanting a manga).
- distinguish the categories in the manga list (to avoid the advancement being shared between a novel and the manga adaptation of the same name)
The last point could be provided by having the mirrors (or AMR itself) of other categories prepend/append something to the names they provide, like "[Novel]". It might also be enough to separate/distinguish search results too, provided AMR takes care that this tag is not hidden in an ellipsis or some overflow.
The only real difficulty would be to have categories in the mirrors list, but since a similar mechanism already exists for the language, most of the infrastructure might already be in place...
