I think it's best to avoid introducing globals by default; if people
want to add their own that's reasonable, but it shouldn't be done for
them.

Also add the assets/ directory to the list of things included in the
.love file's make rule; this was missing previously.

Also mention that on windows, the lovew executable is needed to get
the repl.
