Task/new metrics server
requested to merge task/new-metrics-server into epic/46-messaged-based-microservice-for-external-api-requests
Decouple the app API endpoints and the prometheus metrics endpoints. Allows the app to crash/error while still sending metrics responses
- New endpoint will also be used for kubernetes readiness and liveness probes in future
