Bug Fix: Km/Mile

KM/Mile Bug Fix. Enable: Lane guidance, traffic widget.

3D Landmarks/Extruded Buildings can also be set to true. Here Debug Location can also be enabled.. but slows down the device

Remaining Bugs - To Do:

1. Music Widget - Deep Linking to main music menu doesn’t work.
2. Glance Bug - If you close a glance, the cross sign still stays on screen.. takes a while/ and few dial clicks to get rid of glance menu.
3. Bluetooth bug - If iPhone was paired first and then android or other way around, iPhone won’t pair back. If you delete Navdy from iPhone and re-pair, code will pop up but won’t pair still.
