Melvor Idle update to v0.12, MICE Update to v0.2.1
Rewrote the cheat menu. Keeps getting broken by updates.
Removed the ad setting in the cheat menu, modified regular menu to be able to show the setting if you click the text.
All functionality restored. Yay for updates to fun games!
