Deprecation notice
Adds a deprecation notice to the README. album-socket is deprecated together with solution plugins in album: album-app/album#266 (closed) has the reasons (security, direction, technical replicability) and what to use instead.
In album, the deprecation itself is album-app/album!324 (merged): a solution that declares plugins now gets a warning, and its plugins still load. The repository will be archived when solution plugins are removed.
