Moving initDOFManager in body of constructor

Nicolas Richart requested to merge bugfixes/init-dofmanager-virtual-call-badly-placed into master

Doing it in the parent constructor in the initialization list prohibits the virtual call, the solvers coming from the input files are not properly initialized.
