Draft: Resolve "Upgrading ahau to db2"

Changes

Description: Upgrading the database from db1 to db2. Automatic migration will probably be in another MR.

Smoke Tests

• All modules are updated to db2 versions
• Can seemingly use the app like normal

Checks

• added changes to the changelog. New features, bug fixes and improvements should be added to the changelog
• i have added all text to translations
• no linting errors
• tests are passing
• smoke tests are passing
