reformating-desir-links-to-readthedocs
I found a few references linking to the www-desir
hosted notebooks. Assuming you want to link back to read the docs instead, we can change the following:
wrappers/pyAgrum/cmake/__init__.in.py
1. change within the module's doc string from
examples as `notebooks <http://www-desir.lip6.fr/~phw/aGrUM/docs/last/notebooks/Tutorial.ipynb.html>`
to
examples as `notebooks <https://pyagrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notebooks/01-Tutorial.html>`
wrappers/pyAgrum/doc/sphinx/potential.rst
2. from
`pyAgrum.Potential` include tensor operators (see for instance this `notebook <http://www-desir.lip6.fr/~phw/aGrUM/docs/last/notebooks/potentials.ipynb.html>`_).
to
`pyAgrum.Potential` include tensor operators (see for instance this `notebook <https://pyagrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notebooks/93-Tools_potentials.html>`_).
wrappers/pyAgrum/doc/sphinx/notebooks/12-Examples_KaggleTitanic.ipynb
3. Linking to the source notebook may not be helpful, but it looks like it's in cell 1.

To undestand this notebook, basic knowledge of Bayesian networks is required. If you are looking for an introduction to pyAgrum, check [this notebook](http://www-desir.lip6.fr/~phw/aGrUM/docs/last/notebooks/Tutorial.ipynb.html).\n
