Draft: Taptempo

I noticed that there's a somewhat random latency in the loop repeat process. It breaks the beat a bit.

Trying to remedy this by adding

• a tap tempo button that shows the BPM
• quantization of the loop according to the BPM
• measuring the latency of repeats and issuing the seek back command in advance to counter the latency

This should be applied on top of MR !2
