Reduce requirement on certbot-nginx
Certbot just needs to be able to get any certificate---it doesn't have to come from python3-certbot-nginx, and that plugin doesn't even have to be installed. If we guard the call to certbot --nginx
with something like
certbot certificates -d $domain | grep -o "(VALID: .*)$"
we can avoid the dependency on python3-certbot-nginx

There is already a running Apache2 server on my server. Nextcloud prefers Apache2 or Nginx as a second choice. A choice of Web server in the dependencies is needed.
I also use certbot-dns instead of a web browser type. This allows for non standard web ports.
