Apply for GitLab OpenSource Program
We'd like to have access to the features (such as Epics and Roadmap) available in higher-tier GitLab services, via the Opensource Program. To do so, we need to:
-
Move out any private or non-OSI licensed projects into a separate namespace -
Review the full requirements: https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/marketing/developer-relations/community-programs/open-source-program/#who-qualifies-for-the-gitlab-for-open-source-program -
Review the Legal Agreement to ensure we're compliant -
Gather 3 screenshots of the project -
Submit the application https://about.gitlab.com/solutions/open-source/join
This may also require some further clarification of the distinction between Consensus (primary developers atm) and the Aegir project itself. We may want to consider re-initiating the Aegir OpenCollective, as a separate body in control of the project.
