Make compatible with CakePHP 4.x

Upgrade this plugin to be compatible with CakePHP 4.x.
This issue should be worked on along with blog#30, shortcode#1 and graphql#1 for the best result.
Changing any of the APIs should be avoided as much as possible for the time being.
