Refs #819 - Update ABP logo, brand elements and colors

Changes made

  • Updated ABP logo
  • Created a new folder for logo & ABP icon assets to reference from .md files to avoid duplicated assets
  • Updated actual references of the old color code
  • Updated icons that aren't using the new red color #ED1E45

Disclaimer: The specs only contain changes in terms of assets. Any changes strictly related to styles applied should be handled separately.
