Draft: Translatable strings for feature-24-cookies-premium branch

This MR contains all the translatable strings that are expected to land in the feature-24-cookies-premium branch. The purpose of this MR is to review and request translations for them, while we're still working on implementing and reviewing the code changes, so that we can import the translations and include them in the same release.
