Noissue - Removed redundant string descriptions

We've been adding string descriptions to our translation files to provide context on what each particular string is used for. Nowadays, this is handled by the Content & Translations team and rarely add any value (see discussion in #C&T channel). Even more so, they are inconsistent, created without any guidelines by developers who need to spend time on coming up with a reasonable description which could then draw criticism during a review. For the purpose of development we should instead encourage creating descriptive string IDs.

Therefore we should remove all existing string descriptions to not encourage developers to add any further descriptions.
