Description

This MR fixes a couple bugs that were found during QA of the feature: !1062 (comment 1903229636)

In the popup UI, when premium is enabled, the new premium control should show a crown icon instead of a lock icon
When the premium filter list are disabled in the advanced settings, this was not reflected in the popup UI, as we were forgetting to checking the enabled property of the subscription
