Reports blocked on Curve

Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://cameronfamilydentistry.curvehero.com/#/main/reports/reports (requires login).
Observed behavior
- Reports don't populate, even when ad blocking is disabled on the page.
- Everything works fine in incognito mode, due to extension being disabled.
- Everything works fine if the extension is not installed.

**The user has a large-scale deployment of Adblock Plus in Chrome. Here is their explanation of the issue: ** We are experiencing an issue with using AdBlocker Plus at the moment with a portion of a dental software website called Curve. There is an area in this site where employees are trying to generate reports but they will not populate. We contacted Curve support and they mentioned they could see it was the AdBlocker extension causing it. We tried disabling AdBlock Plus on that webpage and then refreshing but it still won't load the reports. capture.PNG.png We did notice if we switch to an incognito browser that doesn't carry over the Adblock Plus extension we can open it fine, so we weren't sure if something stays running from AdBlock even when it is disabled for a specific page.

We tried to add it to the allowed websites list within Adblock, but it still doesn't load properly. I was curious if there was anything else we could try or any additional information we could provide that would help us determine why Adblock Plus is creating that issue.
We do not have any other extensions enabled in Chrome currently. AdBlock Plus is the only thing added as an extension.
I can attach some screenshots of the F12 Console to show the difference between trying to open a report on the site with the AdBlock extension installed and then what the console looks like when it opens fine inside an incognito window. I am not sure what that information means inside the inspect console, but wanted to share in case it may be helpful. I had to cross out data on the screenshot where the report does load because it contains personal information.
It will just sit on Generating Reports indefinitely when we have AdBlock extension added (even if we disable it on the web page and refresh the page) but loads right away if we uninstall the extension / use incognito browser.
We did a test removing the AdBlock Plus extension all together and it will load the report fine again inside the webpage, but will not load it at all by just disabling Adblock on the webpage with the built in slider.
With Adblock Installed, report will not generate and creates additional error in F12 Console (Capture2.png file attached).
In incognito window report will load fine (capture.png file attached).
