Bubble UI Premium button should link to the Premium section of the options page, not the Premium website manage subscription page

Background / User story

In the latest version of ABP with Premium if you purchase Premium then the Upgrade button in the Bubble UI changes to a Premium button. If you press this button then it opens the premium manage subscription website page. The premium manage subscription website page only allows users to update their payment details or cancel their subscription. I hypothesize that the majority of users that press this button will be more interested in seeing and enabling/disabling premium features on the options page than updating their payment details or cancelling their subscription.

Proposed change

Change the destination from pressing the Premium button in the Bubble UI from the premium manage subscription website page to the premium section of the options page.

What to change

As a temporary solution to get this change out faster, we're simply going to remove the link behind the Premium button and turn it into a badge. As a later step, we would handle this more gracefully and link to a portion of the product where users can have an overview of the Premium features.
