chore(prot): remove deprecated terms [DO-39]
Closes DO-39. Remove deprecated terms:
- Subnet — renamed to Partition (including Subnets, SubnetID)
- Origin (transaction) — renamed to Principal
- Nonce (account) — renamed to LastUsedOn
- Nonce (signature) — renamed to Timestamp
- Owner (key page entry) — renamed to Delegate
- KeyBook (account) — replaced by Authorities
- ManagerKeyBook (account) — replaced by Authorities
