- in some cases both the lite account and the lite account minus the token url are added and other times only the lite account including token url are added.  this leads towards the database getting keys crossed.
- removed redundant label for lite accts
- added restore function to fix bogus lite addr keys in wallet db

- when running the cli, you need to first run "accumulate account restore" to reconfigure the database lite account references
