Fix build with v2022.01

This fix build with v2022.01

There is a need to rebase on current u-boot master. The idea is to squash this to the current code.

I'm currently testing this u-boot version, but seems like it's not very reliable using extlinux support. I've also managed to boot using EFI once (using the minimal Fedora 35 armhfp Spin). I don't know if it's related to the nvec driver at all...
