This adds the ability to use CIDRs instead of single IPs for $config['dovecot_client_ip_trusted_proxies']. The code is directly "borrowed" from here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/594112/check-whether-or-not-a-cidr-subnet-contains-an-ip-address
