Goals

• Find how to handle faction specific things AND shared factions things (in reaction of https://gitlab.com/a.couty/fhghq/-/issues/13#note_549200064). Make a summary on this task. Next update will bring even more faction specific items
• Verify it's the right file
• Review item prices
  • Remove / remove resources
  • Add / remove items
• If item.js is still used, add each object as exports, export by default an array with everything, add exports for sub-arrays (per-type for example)

If the icon for the new resource / item cannot be found in the-fellowship-of-the-warapi, try to fine one and put it in one of the icons folders.

If none can be found, add the price to the cost file and leave the "src" attribute empty.
