[#687] Update all the JS library, where possible and re-test the functionality

The following libraries got updated:

• bootstrap-icons from: 1.11.3 to 1.13.1

• luxon from 3.4.4 to 3.7.2

• jquery-ui from 1.13.2 to 1.14.1

• jstree from: 3.3.15 to: 3.3.17

• code-mirror from: 5.65.9 to: 5.65.20

• apex-chart from: 3.41.0 to 5.3.5

• joint.js from: 4.0.1 to: 4.1.3

• chartjs could not be updated, as many related tests were returning errors.
