- Link to the crate-level re-exports of types instead of to the
  definition in the simple_api. This also ensures nothing links to the
  simple_api.
- Update CHANGELOG, README, and ARCHITECTURE.md
- Make some things private that shouldn't have been public
- Fix bug where the context_api module was not actually public
