[#857] Add npm to Debian Docker image

Since the Debian Docker image is the one for used by https://yottadb.com/product/get-started/ it needs to included npm for out-of-the-box node.js support. Unfortunately, it bloats the image considerably, but that seems to be a characteristic of the node.js ecosystem.
