LKE SHOW display all information for an M lock on one line. Previously it split the information for locks with long resource names across two lines, while using one line for locks with short resource names. [#721 (closed)]

Description

Trying to write a utility to allow advanced users to clear a lock left when a user walks away (or a power failure reboots their computer). It would be MUCH easier if the LKE show output was consistent.

See #721 (comment 555275165) for an example of how some locks in the LKE SHOW output are split across 2 lines and some are in 1 line. It is hard to parse the output with this inconsistent behavior. It is better to have all output corresponding to a lock reference in one line.
