notes:

does not implement milestone determination for teachers or judges as these haven't been decided yet. only adding team's milestones with basically just a properly populated/tracked version of the hard coded values.

adds janky login handling for profiles and teams/teacher/admin account creation, currently only properly handles teams, admittedly through creating a generic teacher account.

marketplace's file and data submissions are working properly though
