Resolves #54: "Team username implementation"

Notes:
Adds whitespace removal to the username supplied. Also changes all the inputs to be enclosed by <Form.Floating> which allows for help/placeholder text to display. Adds a disabled text field that displays what the user's name will be to avoid help with any future forgetting or anything.
