Resolves #5

YE Scotland Admin requested to merge 5-integrate-login-functionality into 3-add-ci-support-for-app

Adds in a /login page that handles both logging in and registering using a secret key - currently only "123" and "test_key" are accepted. Leaves space for proper implementation later. Adds tests for new API features as well as existing and frontend templates.
