notes:
Mostly css in accordance with prototype. Added deleting user functionality for teachers and superuser (teachers can only delete their own). Added different rest shape return for teachers requesting so can send team names and logo stubs.
Parameterised MilestoneBar so changes to core-fe are pending.
Does not delete any likes given by the team as don't keep track of who we gave to in models, and therefore cannot un-give likes. LIKELY NEEDS A SEPERATE ISSUE/DISCUSSION WITH CSP4 FOR MODELS
