#11 Resolves: "Add the marketplace"

notes:

Adds the marketplace page with a similar look to the wireframes, just some final css and possibly changing fields and layouts to do.

Adds a modal for filtering and REST calls with a couple of options for filtering, however, the majority of the filtering options are to be added in by CSP4 (mainly the REST and I'll help with the frontend), hence, the Draft tag. In the same vein of being a Draft, no tests have been written yet :P
