SaveUpdater fix and some char cheat updates

--Fixed issue with SaveUpdater failing when old Russian vars are still in the save file -Added a cheat modifier for Fira -Disabled stat cheats again for Aurelia, Lena, Galya since unused -Minor update to datetime_bypass variable usage
