build for Noble

Applying changes needed to build sturmreader app for noble. I did encounter some dependency issues with libpoppler and got some errors from one cpp file. It works this way, although it may not be the perfect way of solving things.

The second commit includes upgrading clickable.json to clickable.yaml.

This would fix #60 (closed) .
