monster db parser

• Parse data (mobdb and monsters.xml)
• Build a local database
• render the preview icons
• create static api and document structure of it in the readme
• create an overview and info page like for items
• create an discord bot json endpoint that contains just the data that the bot needs for integration. (maybe we could also use the real api in realtime? lets see what we do when we get to this point)
