Donald requested to merge Art_From_Kolchak into master

Changes made to add new item "Graduation Album" new item id: 1178. This is in support of the server data addition also made by me. serverdata!35 (merged)

The item is for lvl 100, and is intended to replace the Prism Gift reward as well as be a buffed version of Theta Book and follow the graduation theme of gear granted through milestones.
