curation: Make only admins can edit research field resource

As mentioned previously and for a reliability and security reasons we make research field resource only editable by admins, we refer users to this wiki page https://gitlab.com/TIBHannover/orkg/orkg-frontend/-/wikis/ORKG-Research-fields-taxonomy if they want to edit research fields resources.

This merge request includes a modal that opens when the user clicks on edit button of a resource imported from PWC.
