feat: add bioassay option in addPaper

Closes #420 (closed)

Add new function to add Contribution that facilitates the input of bioassays via the Bioassays Semantification API.

New env variable:

REACT_APP_BIOASSAYS_SEMANTIFICATION_SERVICE_URL=http://localhost:8072/
