Persist formatted label with Rosetta Stone Statement version

As discussed in the last meeting, the formatted label of the template is now persisted with each statement version, making it possible to restore the meaning of the statement, even though the template may have changed. Another advantage is that clients are now able to display rosetta stone statements without having to fetch the underlying template. The formatted label is stored in the metadata node of the statement as a key value pair.
