A lot of reworks

Kamen Mladenov requested to merge improvements into master
  • Squashed many "bugs" and incorrect behaviour
  • Replaced SVG-based icons with an icon font
  • Presentations now properly scale up and down on any screen size and with a normal article width
  • Improved Presentation control panel buttons and added sharing of pages in article mode
  • Removed JavaScript integrity hashes
  • Added a proper privacy policy and accessibility info
  • Made many minor formatting and styling changes
