Welcome to the SoFiA wiki
SoFiA, the Source Finding Application, is an HI source finding pipeline intended to detect and parameterise galaxies in HI data cubes. It has since been replaced with an improved version named SoFiA 2 and for that reason is no longer being maintained. Hence, users of SoFiA are strongly advised to switch to SoFiA 2. This wiki preserves the user documentation and technical information on SoFiA and its individual modules.
