pcgen updated to 6.09.05

notklaatu requested to merge slackport/myslackbuilds:pcgen into master

No 32-bit release available, and building from source appears to require a bunch of Gradle modifications (because the Gradle build files don't include a 32-bit target for Linux either).

For those reasons, I'm packaging this for x64 only.
