[MINOR] Fix threadedFindWorkers memory leak

Overview

This MR adds a post execution hook to the hassector job and uses that in threadedFindWorkers to prevent spawning an additional goroutine for every worker lookup.

NOTE: We might want to refactor similar parts of our codebase where we spawn goroutines with long timeouts.
